LAM-1425-XP: PFAS-FREE Low Refractive Index Optical Lamination Adhesive
LAM-1425 is a PFAS-Free low refractive index UV curable lamination adhesive, designed for lamination involving plastic films or glass surfaces. A typical application is lamination of two glass surfaces, or lamination of a glass surface with plastic films, such as polycarbonate, PET and PMMA, for example in display screens for smartphones, AR glasses, and VR headsets.

Storage
- Avoid unnecessary exposure to ambient light and moisture.
- Long-term storage should be at ambient conditions of 10-30ºC.
- Do not refrigerate.
- The adhesive is supplied in bottles or syringes. Keep the container closed to avoid moisture penetration.
- The shelf life is 12 months.
Application
Curing can be achieved by any UV source at 300-400nm. Typically, a dose of 1000-2000 mJ/cm2 is necessary.
For ease of application, the adhesive may be preheated up to 60oC.
Keep the bottle/syringe closed at all times when not in use. The material is sensitive to light.
