Senior Chemist for R&D

We are looking for a creative chemist, with "Rosh Gadol", to develop innovative materials for the photonic industry. 

Our materials enable the new generations of high-power fiber lasers for metal cutting, and LIDAR systems for autonomous vehicles.

You will join a small team of world leading experts in the field of low refractive index polymers.

You shall take part in all the phases of creating a new product; beginning with requirements, going through all R&D phases, testing, launching your new product, supporting the first customers, and, finally, making the transition from R&D to manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Education: PhD or M.Sc. in chemistry, preferably with some exposure to organic chemistry, polymers, or physical chemistry.
• Experience in the industry is an advantage, but not a must.
• Experience in polymers, coating technologies  is an advantage.
• Rosh Gadol, ambitious, looking for more responsibility
• Good English
